via Instagram http://ift.tt/1rhoGWa Happy 7th Birthday to the child who made me a mother. Glad he chose to stay here with us after his rocky labor and delivery. He has a sensitive, caring and witty personality. He is fiercely protective of his baby sister and loves apples, watermelon, math, Legos, strawberry shortcake, swimming and smashed potatoes. He wants to be a mechanical engineer when he grows up and I tell him he is right on track, Mr. Smarty pants. He's my very favorite boy and he is having a wonderful day with is new Lego set and national geographic books.
